The details go from the wood arm rests to the buttons on the back rest to the front of the base line and to the legs which on the front have a nice shape and on the back curved out to balance the back rest. The condition is solid and sturdy and the upholstery is still in very good condition. Some normal signs or wear and tear are visible but you can see for yourself how good this set looks. It has a repair of a small rip of 2" on the back of the couch. They measure 32” high, 32” front to back, 17 ½ ” seat height and the chair is 29” arm to arm and the couch is 81”long.Quality mid century pieces are becoming scarce and the value of these pieces continues to increase. Mid Century Modern Adrian Pearsall upholstered chair off white color 50's From GreStuff Amazing is the only word that comes to mind when I look at this great piece of furniture. It is newly reupholstered in an off white color, with the colorful pillow (which is actually the original color). This nice chair measures 36” high 30” arm to arm 20” floor to cushion top and 35” from front to back. It is in great condition with the exception of the back part of the back legs that have some repairs and discoloration in the finish but it is so great looking that you don’t even pay attention to it. This apartment sized jewel measures 72” long 16” to seat and 28” to back rest and 30" deep. The legs are ebony stained wood and have a nice finish.
